We carry only high performance cookware. There are two stainless steel brands at the current time, both which are high quality and made with 304 stainless with titanium. There is Americraft 360 made in Wisconsin and Fissler from Germany. We offer cooking classes in which we test almost all of the products we carry in the store to make sure they meet our standards. This is no exception with the cookware. I have used some of these pieces for over 10 years and they still look brand new.
Next we have cast iron made by Lodge in Tennessee and Staub made in France. Both are excellent. The lodge is a little rougher in surface and works very well on campfires as well as in the oven and on the stove. Staub is a smoother surface and has a ceramic coating and makes some of the best soups and casseroles we have made.
The brand we chose for nonstick is Woll made in Germany. It has a limited lifetime warranty and no PFOA glues. It is made environmentally safe with low emissions in production. The induction version has a solid bottom that heat evenly unlike other brands. We have used some of our pieces for 10 years and they still look new.
We have a limited amount of Ceramic cookware, non of them holding up more than 3 year showing some wear at that point. They are more slippery than most other types, and have their place in the market. We have chosen Bernadez from Germany, Fissler from Germany and a couple of others.
