Strawberries and Cake


1 large angel food cake

1 basket fresh strawberries, sliced

8.5 oz. E&V Provisions Strawberry Champagne Finishing Sauce

Fresh whipped cream lightly sweetened

Fresh mint sprigs for garnish





Cooking and Preparation Instructions
Toss fresh cut strawberries with Strawberry Champagne Finishing Sauce. Spoon strawberries and sauce over slices of angel food cake and top with whipped cream and a sprig of mint.




  Grilled nectarines with chocolate


4 nectarines, halved and pitted

Dark or white chocolate, broken into chunks

E&V Provisions Strawberry Champagne Finishing Sauce

French vanilla, strawberry, or peach ice cream (optional)






Cooking and Preparation Instructions
On a preheated grill, grill nectarine halves. Plate and place chocolate chunks in the center of each half while nectarines are still hot. Drizzle with E&V Strawberry Champagne Finishing Sauce. Serve with ice cream, if desired.



Fruit & Cookie Dessert Fondue


8 oz. mascarpone cheese

7 oz. marshmallow cream

4 oz. E&V Strawberry Champagne Finishing Sauce

1 lb. strawberries

4 bananas, peeled and sliced thick

½ pineapple, peeled and cubed

10 to 12 oz. bag of butter cookies

Wood skewers


Cooking and Preparation Instructions

Whip together mascarpone cheese, marshmallow cream and E&V Strawberry Champagne Finishing Sauce until smooth and pour into an attractive medium serving bowl. Arrange fruit and cookies on a wood board or platter with a bowl of the dessert cream and wood skewers. Serves 8-10.
