Everything’s bigger in Texas, and this rub is no exception! Made with brown sugar, molasses and select spices, it brings plenty of sweet, zesty flavor to brisket, ribs, chicken or pork. To use, generously apply the rub to meat and let rest in the refrigerator for several hours. Then simply roast or grill as desired.
