Bucky’s bacon cheddar Potato salad

Ingredients

1 packet Bucky’s Bacon & Cheddar Cheese Spread Mix

3 cups fresh hash browns (found in the deli section of the store)

1 tbsp. salt (optional)

2 c. (16 oz) sour cream

½ c. mayonnaise

4 green onions/scallions, thinly sliced

½ tsp. black pepper

1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

 

   

Cooking and Preparation Instructions
Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, black pepper, salt, and Bacon & Cheddar Cheese Spread Mix. Cover and refrigerate. Boil hash browns for one minute; drain well and allow potatoes to cool slightly. In a large bowl, combine drained potatoes, Bacon & Cheddar Cheese Spread mixture, green onions, and shredded cheese. Toss until well mixed. Serve warm or cover and chill until ready to serve. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

 

 

Cousin Carl’s Caramel Apple Dumplings

Ingredients

1 packet Cousin Carl’s Caramel Apple Dip Mix

2 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and cored

2-10 oz. can refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 c. butter

½ c. sugar

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

1-12 oz. fl. oz. Mountain Dew (or any citrus soft drink)

 

 

 

 Cooking and Preparation Instructions

Preheat oven to 350*F. Grease a 9 x 13” baking dish. Cut each apple into 8 wedges and set aside. Roll each apple wedge in crescent roll dough starting at the smallest end. Pinch to seal and place in the baking dish. Melt butter in a small saucepan and stir in Cousin Carl’s Caramel Apple Dip Mix, sugar, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Pour over the apple dumplings. Pour the Mountain Dew over the dumplings. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until golden brown.

 

 

Lucky Shot Lemon Mousse Pie

Ingredients

1 packet Lucky Shot Lemon Dip Mix

1 c. sour cream

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

8 oz. whipped topping

1 ready-made graham cracker pie crust

 

Cooking and Preparation Instructions

Blending cream cheese to avoid “hot spots” before adding to recipe. Prepare dip according to package instructions. After whipping with a mixer, fold in the whipped topping. Spoon mixture into the pie crust. Chill 4 hours before serving.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Pineapple pecan chicken salad

Ingredients

1 packet Pa’s Pineapple Pecan Cheese Spread Mix

1 c. sour cream

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained

2 c. cooked, cubed chicken

1 c. sliced celery (optional)

 

Cooking and Preparation Instructions

Prepare Pa’s Pineapple Pecan Cheese Spread Mix according to package instructions. Add sour cream, cream cheese, and crushed pineapple. Fold in chicken and celery. If mixture is too thick, you may thin it with real mayonnaise (better than salad dressing). Allow to chill overnight or a minimum of 6 hours.
