Linguine pasta originated in Genoa, Italy, and means “little tongues”—reflecting its elliptical (rather than flat) edges. Our Italian linguine is made using durum wheat semolina organically grown on a small cooperative of family farms in the rolling hills overlooking the Adriatic Sea.
