• To make Italian Beef, rub a beef brisket with garlic, salt, and pepper before placing it in a crockpot, add approximately a cup of water, add one small chopped onion, and sprinkle liberally with this blend. Cook on low about 10 hours and then pull apart the meat. Return the meat to the juices in the crockpot until you are ready to serve. Best on bread or buns.
