Similar to fettuccine but slightly less thick, tagliatelle originates from the northern regions of Italy. Our version is made using durum wheat semolina organically grown on a small cooperative of family farms in the rolling hills overlooking the Adriatic Sea. It’s often the cut of choice for serving with a hearty Bolognese or Alfredo sauce.
