This is a 4-leaf grade quality balsamic that us USDA Certified Organic containing 25 year old balsamic vinegar, infused with pomegranates. Sweet with very light pungency and an extremely thick consistency. Tasting notes of raisins, plum, and some smoothness from Oak Barrels.
