Knife Skills Class with Chef Bernard Janssen

Learn the fundamentals of good knife skills from the experts. In this hands on class, our ZWILLING Chef will teach you what makes a quality knife, which knife to use for each task and how to maintain and clean and store your knives.

You will practice the circular rocking motion, the chopping motion. You will learn how to dice an onion, supreme citrus fruits, mince herbs and use a flexible fish fillet knife. You’ll master a range of essential cutting techniques, making meal prep easier and more fun.
