Indian Cooking Class and Book Signing with Anupy Singla

Enjoy an instructional live Indian cooking class from Anupy Singla, nationally renowned cookbook author and host of the PBS cooking series, Indian as Apple Pie. Receive a free cookbook to have signed by Anupy during the event.

Anupy will be in our kitchen making Aloo Baingan (Potato and Eggplant Curry); Raita (Spiced Yogurt), and Kachumber (Indian Side Salad).
